Photography has its own language — there is no need for words
I started a YouTube channel a while ago. It got off to a good start. The thing that bothers me, is that YouTube is full of talking heads. I think the algorithm likes that, wants that: it’s also content that it can use to determine more deeply the subject as data.
Photography is a silent practice. When I walk the streets, or walk the country mile to search out motifs for photos, it’s all and only about what I see. I would hate it if another person was by my side and constantly asked me why I took this and that photo. There is no need to reason, only to take the shot.
Berlin Street Photography & Countryside Views — Photo Experiments
So, I made a YouTube video without words. Me not rambling about disconnected thoughts, ideas that might or might not be useful for others, but only a melancholic piano to accompany my photos.
I hope you take four minutes to relax and enjoy a simple moment watching my video. It’s relaxing. full of shots of people, streets in Berlin, country fields with long tracks, horses, riders, tea drinkers and twisted tree roots in the rain.
Enjoy, relax and all the best.
