Photography & Writing
The main intention of this blog, Sean Durham dot EU, is to offer resources and tips about how to approach Creative Fine Art Photography, writing and life with an attitude of open mindedness.
The law states that it is important that the owner of the blog makes a statement which discloses the intentions of the blog. Above, tells you what they are, below tells you that I also offer resources in the form of links to third party websites who are often vendors of resources that I consider helpful to my readers such as photographic equipment, writing software and so on, that can be useful to people who need those things.
Those links are often, not always, affiliate links or simple direct links to another website that can help you better than I can ( I don’t know everything).
According to the American side of the law, which is the law of that land and any business being operated from USA on the World-Wide-Web must follow those laws, I have included this link, not affiliate linked, from the FTC to their website if you wish to spend your time reading their highly interesting and dry proposals for laws and guidelines regarding operating as a second party, third party vendor on the World Wide Web.
According to European law I must fully declare my intentions if I ask for your email address. I would do this so that I can contact you with updates of anything that you have already shown an interest in, such as ideas about creative processes, articles, products and general hints about new things to read and enjoy.
I don’t write a regular newsletter, and I only intend to send out a contact email to subscribers to inform them of interesting updates related to the topics on this website.
That’s about it, here’s another link that leads you back to my Homepage
